2015 has not started out the best for a family very close to me and my own family.
2 weeks ago I had a very close friend of mine commit suicide. Still trying to understand this and I know it will take awhile.
Friday evening we found out my mom has Cervical Cancer. They said we have caught it early. She does not have insurance so she is stressing over that but we will figure it all out. She is the most important thing here.
This morning our family dog of 14 years passed away. My grandpa and I were in the dog house with grandma for 2 weeks after we brought her home from the pound. We were her last chance therefore we named her Chance. From the day we got her she was the best dog and knew that we had saved her from something. Her and grandma became the best of friends. She had diabetes for the last 5 years or so. Still doesn't make it any easier to say goodbye.
If you call could keep my family along with my friends family in your prayers it would be greatly apprecaited. Hopefully this is is for 2015 and we can get on to a better year. I am already ready for 2016 to start.

Wow......so sorry that you have this all on your plate.....good thoughts and prayers that your year can only get better.....

First of all never underestimate the power of prayer. Second, you need to go to the business office where your mom will be treated. Discuss options for a patient without insurance. They are very helpful and are not out to get you. I think you will find that they actually have different ways of billing...folks who have insurance, folks on government assistance, and folks who have no insurance. Often they can recommend ways to get assistance. You need to understand that people who have cancer are very sick be sure that you are patient. I have dealt with the billing dept the hospital and cancer center for years. Many prayers.

So sorry for you and your family. My 2013 was a crappy one like that my husband lost his brother, then I lost my Momma and 6 months later I lost my brother too. So I do believe it comes in 3's. No words can help what you are feeling, but believe me when I tell ya I'm praying for you'all.
