Location: DUMPING CATS AND PIGS IN TEXAS :) | If you haven't seen my FB page and watched the Jackie Jatzlau stalking video, you are truly missing out. My nieces and I stalked her at the LG Pro Classic. I met Molli Montgomery, who was kind, gracious and offered to show me and my family her horses. Shelly Weaver felt sorry for me and gave me step by step directions to where I could find The Wild Child, Jackie Yaght Slaw! And, they took pictures with me and offered to come look at my filly in the sale.....which made my day lol. Poor Lance Graves had to come back for a second photo because my first one was too blurry. He was a great sport lol. Brittany Pozzi let me take a picture of her hind end lol....just kidding, I was too slow to ask her and had to chase her down for a rear shot lol. |

My 5 year old niece asked me yesterday if, "Mr. Gunnar would train her 14 year old paint mare to run the barrels?" I think they loved him too. |

I didn't sell her. She hit $6000 and I bought her back. I'm probably insane, but I loaded her on Gunnar Enlow's trailer and he is going to begin patterning her. If she is doing well and etc. we are going to possibly futurity her lol. I've never done this before. We may have lost our minds lol. All I know is that we are squeezing the fruit, because, Herbie says, the juice is worth the sqeeze lol. |

You will never know if you dont try! Insane For Fame was found on craigslist and initially thought to "not be worth the trouble". I believe the mare has won somewhere around 180K. Best of luck with her. I hope you will keep us updated! |

So, Mel Addison and I are looking at each horse trying to find him......well, when he came into the warm up pen, there was no doubt at all that it was him. He was gorgeous! The calibur of horse there was exceptional and he was prettier than the rest in the pen. Then, he smoked his run and Mel had to close my mouth for me lol. |

She is a really nice filly and you are going to have a ton of fun cheering her on in the futurities! Best way to promote that awsome stud of your's is to get those babys out there and if you do it, you'll know they will get out there. Once they start taking everybodys money, they will be ringing your phone off the hook for breedings and buying babys. Now all you gotta do is get your stud in the good incentive programs!! Year round advertising for you, AND alot of extra money flowing your way! It really sucks leaving all that bonus money on the table when the horse you are running isnt eligable. I'll never do that again.

It wasn't the plan going in lol, but we watched Gunnar ride her, I talked with my advisor, Jessi Quarles, lol and there was just a bottom dollar that we decided to take and someone just missed it. My nieces love that mare. They have loved her since she was born. The 12 year old rode her in the parking lot. The 5 year old jumped on her bareback in the pen. I think that we would have all been crying if she had sold lol. We had a family conference and decided Gunnar was our guy. We'll see how it goes lol. |

Like I said, i'd love to have ridden her for you and started her on the barrels, but for what you're goal is with her, it's in yours and her best interest that she went to Gunnar. He will get more eyes on her than I could and at the end of the day, it's all about going and seeing with those youngsters and I know he'll do a great job for you! There are only 2 people in this world I would send a horse to for training or hauling....he's one and the other is total performance, so she's in great hands! I know there were alot of good horsemen sitting in the stands at that sale, but I honestly think this is the best thing that could have happened for all parties involved....i'm just glad to be a small part of it! |

Itsme, my niece's and I watched some old NFR dvd's about a year ago and they kept calling Jackie, The Wild Child. So, when I told them that she was there, they were excited too. It was really neat for us to meet her and stalk her together. |
