We stumbled across a kids 13" corriente roping saddle and bought it for our daughter. Great quality and it's full QH bars so it fits our horses. I like the way it's made and her body position is very correct in it. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another. One other thing I like is you can get different kid fenders to grow with them
Teskey's has Kid saddles starting at 495... They even have kid cutters in stock now. I bought hard seat rancher for the little one and it fits and holds her in very well. She loves the pink inlayed hard seat... If you can't go to them, they can help you over the phone with the correct size and everything.

I was REALLY impressed with the Diamond K saddles at the NFR, a little more than the Corriente's but I thought it was a little nicer leather wise. I have a 12.5" Shiloh for sale, not cheap though.
