So excited to welcome the newest member of our equine family. Meet This Cowgirl Rocks, an own daughter of Feature Mr Jess (one of my very favorite bloodlines). Feature Mr Jess died young, siring only 10 foal crops. Yet these 10 crops managed to win in excess of 24 million and are still winning. "Cowgirl's" dam, Cowgirl Class, is an own daughter of Magical Mile, a TB sire who had winners of over 2 million. On the bottom side, Cowgirl Class is out of Class with Cash, an own daughter of Dash for Cash and out of an own daughter of Beduino. Cowgirl Class also ran AAA, was a race winner and earned her ROM. She had thirteen foals, twelve of race age, and 9 starters. They have earned over 116k on the track. Our "Cowgirl" never got the chance to compete due to some soreness during her two year old futurity year when in training with Ryann Pedone. She is now ten and a broodmare. Her first colt to barrel race, Feature Me Firin (x Firewaterontherocks), was a money earner in the futurities, including the 2D Jackpot at Pacwest with Ryann Pedone astride. She has a two year old and a three year old by BHR Frenchies Socks also about to begin training with Ryann Pedone (a previous owner of Cowgirl). We also are excited to see what her yearling by By Cause Its Money does. Cowgirl has a date with Firewater Ta Fame for a 2016 foal. We're thinking Tres Seis for 2017.
