I have been debating getting either the Ice Vibe or the Ice Horse boots BUT I am wondering if the Sore No More clay works just as well for keeping things cool and tight??

My favorite mud is SU-PER brand. I usually can find it anywhere. Here's the website. http://www.su-perstore.com/m7/slepoultice--su-per-poultice.html There are several poultice options with them, but this is what I've used and liked...

I have had several vets tell me that icing legs after a run is the best thing you can do.
