Rapid weight loss - blood test results

Veteran Posts: 134	My freinds 18 yo AQHA mare has been losing weight quite rapidily for a while now. This mare is historically fat, thus the great concern. She is only pastured with my two barrel horses and they have no issues at all on the same hay. She has done all the standard adjustments, feed changes, blanketing, etc. the blood work came back but i dont see anything that screams a problem I wanted to know if anyone else out there has a thought based on the counts we have back so far. (she sent these to me via the vet). Creatinine 2.3 high Sodium 126 low Glucose 33 low CK (CPK?) 492 high Thanks!!! Edited by htaucher1 2015-02-26 9:44 AM
