So I live in Texas where monkeys with a calculator and smoking the hookah were given permission to write the weather report this week. I need some comic relief. What is your best weather related joke or meme?

Uhh, I am in (North Central) Texas, too but right now there is nothing to celebrate. I'M SO SICK OF THIS WEATHER!  I guess on a positive note we will be going into spring with no kind of drought in sight in my neck of the woods.  We have gotten so much rain/sleet/snow/ice since December that it is crazy!

I am so over it.  I hate the mud the most.  It is on everything, even in the house.  Now I just got out off bed to put my old mare in the barn.  Got soaked in the process and almost froze to death.  But at least all horses are as dry and content as possible right now.  There is even lightning and thunder.  So over it!!!!

It's 32 and raining, right now.
I am extremely thankful for the rain, but the cold... not so much. Definitely ready for spring!

It was in the negatives with a wind chill advisory today. I wish I were joking. I did almost get my hand stuck to the door knob at the barn though cause my hand was slightly moist. That could have been funny.

I am celebrating!  This morning my thermometer showed -18 actual air temp.  Todays high is 29!  Its going to warm up to almost 50 tomorrow and the forcast shows spring like temps.   I haven't rode since October 29th.  I'm ready for spring.

I am so over winter too. We are having yet another snow storm today, predicting 6-9in in my area (on top of what we already have on the ground) Then bitter cold tonight and into tomorrow.  This time next week we should be in the 50's. Maybe I will finally be able to start legging my horse up!!

When I go feed I will check, I hav'nt notice if they are getting their leaves yet, A few days ago I would say no, its been so nasty and foggy here the last week I really have not noticed much, now the Ash trees in my yard are getting their leaves. Now I know in Carrizo Springs the Mesquits are getting their leaves. I cant wait for things to dry up around here, lol...

Here's what it looked like when we woke up this morning...
Sooo happy the sun is out and that snow will be gone by tomorrow!  The forecast shows sunshine and 50's and 60's for the next week or so.

We are supposed to be 40 above today and reach almost the 50's by this weekend!  We had Spring a few weeks ago and then winter decided to come back for a little while.  I may be able to get some horses rode this weekend.  Haven't done that for a few months.

I have a ton of mesquite trees and they do NOT have buds yet. I also judge the seasons by the mesquite trees.

I know right??? We left Portland at 3:30 am for LR for doctor's appointment and I had 3 quarter sleeves on, no coat. When we left there at 4:15 pm there was ice forming on our truck and roads were getting slick. Almost froze
