I am horse boot shopping again, and am looking to buy a set of hind boots to match my front boots. I am getting Classoc Equine brand, there is a sale on front boots. My question is; Is there a difference between Front and Hind Classic Equine Boots, other then size? I know there isn't a difference for Pro Choice SMB's, so I was just wondering if there is for Classic Equine. Thanks!!

I think that that the Legacy hinds are taller. But other than that I'd say they're the same. But my pair is 9 years old, so take that with a grain of salt!

Supposedly the fronts and hinds are different, so I buy the fronts and hinds. My mare currently only needs the fronts, so I don't use the hinds even though I have them. If you go on eBay, Coolhorse was having a sale on a set of four new tiger print Classic Equine boots for like $105, either large or medium...I thought that was a good buy, but I don't need any right now.

Have you ever used CE? I was so excited to get my first pair, but I just can't get them to fit right. I was very disappointed in the way they fit.

Yes, I have had many pairs, it helps if you get a smaller size, you want them to fit like a glove and if they are too big, they don't work at all.

The hinds have the tendon support higher up on the boots.
