I sent you the one that we used for our arena when we hosted team penning, etc. It is somewhat entailed but covers most. You will have to change your state code #, names, etc.

Does your state have an equine liability law? If so you will need to look up the law on the internet and use the exact wording as outlined in the law to be fully protected under the law. We produce barrel races in Texas and Okla and have to use a different release for each state.
