what does the aloe vera juice do for your horses?
Soothes the stomach. I just use it as a cheaper alternative to an ulcer preventative. Mine aren't high strung nervous or prone to them by any means. I just feel better giving them something that may help prevent that issue from ever happening.

We fed Aloe Vera Juice for a couple months, and I didn't think it did much for my horses. The nervous, hard keeper seems to do much better on DAC Digestive Aid.

I have used it for my gelding before. I can't remember how much I fed because it was a while ago. I think it was a cup but I'm not sure.
He was much calmer when I fed it to him but he started to not eat it so I had to switch to an ulcer preventative pellet instead.

I have THE put aloe vera in my supplement along with other ingredients for ulcer prevent. Just found it easier than when I used the juice. I was beginning to feel like a cook when I was mixing all my different products together and putting them in individual bags so anyone could feed them.
