I got this mare because she is a daughter of my high school rodeo horse Sheza Rocker. Rocker was my first real barrel horse and she was a solid 1D horse. So this baby has a lot of sentimental value. And the stud is the sire of my current barrel horse.
It is fun! I'm just no good at it. I like having the slider in the name but I know another mare with this breeding that has it and its actually her barn name. :( I really want to find a barn name that goes along with the sticks and stones but my barrel mare and this brood mare have had several babies and they seem to be all taken up. There was Rocker, Pebbles, Stoney, Stix, Rocky...... boy who new naming a baby could be so hard! I am also really hoping for a colt!
