Location: Gonzales texas | Was enjoying the rodeo houston webcast shoot out-especially the barrel race ,of course ;) and realized there was no calf roping or team roping ! What happened to it??

Pays 25k to first down to 3k for fourth. Winners from each event (other than roping apparently) at 8 major rodeos (like Cheyenne, Calgary, Reno, etc) try to make the top four. It usually comes on the day after RodeoHouston. I like how they introduce all the contestants and say where they won at to earn their spot. It's kinda like the Champions Challenge where someone from each event is on a team.... except they don't have to wear matching shirts. |

I thought she was talking about Saturdays 50,000. I don't think the super shootout counts for anything? |

| JMO, but I think they do it that way to offset the fact that the big Timed Event Challenge at the Lazy E is only for ropers. |
