IMPUT needed! Front right is the offender, had it x-rayed and the pastern joint space is narrowed and one vet injected it. Not significant narrowing, but still visible. 3 different vet opinions and none can seem to pinpoint the exact cause. Has had about a full year off, with a combination of 2 other years off(not a full 365 days at once)hoping any soft issue problems would be dealt with. Lameness will come and go, sometimes showing none at all, but the horse is still not at full potential so I am wondering if there is actually another underlying issue. Has been barefoot and shod, but is off and on "sound" with each choice. Here are 2 videos in slo mo, they uploaded more blurry than what is on my phone but hopefully they work. You can see that the motion is definitely affected, but need more input! thanks

I watch and watched and I just can't see it... Or if I did see something it was very slight and very inconsistent

If you are thinking feet, check shoulders.  They mimic alike.

You need to have him on hard ground with no one holding his head. Regular speed on the video. Then repost.

I agree with getting the horse on hard ground and lunging him both ways. Videoing is a great idea. Regular speed is needed, but the slow motion is an excellent idea to compare it with the regular speed. Video on hard ground in a straight line coming and going too for another angle to compare. Good luck.

I can see it is very slight in the video. Def the right front but if I were going to go looking for something look up in the shoulder area or possibily the elbow. He seems to be "off" when the leg is extending backwards, but not forwards. Watch his head, ears and eye when the leg extends back.. JMO

If up in the shoulder could it be as simple as saddle fit?.... Have you checked that there is not pinching, etc.? I couldn't see anything in the video either, but i'm thinking it's because of it being in slow mo.

When the L front leg is extended, she extends the fetlock/toe out and on the right she doesn't flick/flip/ extend it like the left side...If that makes sense? I also notice that on impact, the L side has more backward motion in the knee area than the R. Sorry don't have the other videos in regular speed!
