Location: Wisconsin | I'm beyond sick, of course it's a Caldwell I've wanted and now it's seemingly "lost" in transit. Followed it the whole way through the system until the day of delivery it says the last scan was at a terminal not far away. Started the investigation last week..still no updates..my question is HOW IN THE WORLD do they lose a 40lb saddle box? Wouldnt' it be sitting SOMEWHERE and workers go geez I wonder what this is??? Does anyone know what happens in the real world of all the "lost" packages in the country? Do employees still stuff or where do they end up? Unreal. |

Location: Wonderful Wyoming | I have never had USPS find anything that has been lost. I always wonder if it is just stolen. Hopefully UPS had insurance on it. |

| Oh no that was some time ago... I had problems with UPS last week (Im in Texas), they had a glitch in their system that kept saying my packages were delivered when they were not. Finally got them 3 days later after calling several times. But I would be worried too if it was 6 days... so sorry. |

Location: Wisconsin | Yup so I'm just nosey what really happens to the lost and found gray area they have? Employees steal stuff? I can understand a 1lb box misplacing but not a saddle. So frustrating, just needed to vent!! |

Location: Austin, Texas, where it can get really weird!! | Just keep calling, i had a saddle delivered by usps and the seller gave me the wrong tracking # but that item went to austin as well same thing as you showed delivered. So i assumed it was usps fault. When they realized the # i was given was for a 2 lb package they traced the out going packages from that hub where the wrong # came from to find the right size and weight of the package. The idiots at the actual post didn't even try to deliver it, just sat in the back had to tell them to look twice for a moving box 3ft long, they finally came out with it.
Just be super nice on the phone and tell them how imp your package is. The girl on the phone took 20 min to figure all that out for me. |

Yes, it has been found by the sender. I'll let the original poster explain. The seller happens to be a friend of mine. |

Location: Wisconsin | Was found today back in Cali where it originated, thank goodness! the shipping label came off this box and they went by an old shipping label from a previous saddle shipment! There would have been no way to find it according to a ups lady this morning if label came off. |

Location: Texas | I'm glad you found and received your saddle! I would have been stressed out! Just because I'm crazy, I have always drove to pick my saddles up, not saying you should have, but I also do that to make sure it's exactly the way I ordered it. Double J and Martin have both made mistakes before. |

Yes, very much so... United States Postal Service (USPS) is a government agency. United Parcel Service (UPS) is a private company. |
