| I know this is a common question that every barrel racing and rodeo association is presented with when it comes to putting on an event, how to obtain sponsorship $. With the recent change in the economy we are presented with an even greater question of how to attract new sponsors to our event since money has been fairly tight and some past sponsors just can't afford to contribute as much as previous years. We have brochures made up with our sponsorship levels, the benefits of your donation and information on who we are. Is there anything else we need to be adding into it to make it stand out more?
Other then the obvious of contacting as many local companies that will be positively impacted by your event, what are some tips or important things know when trying to obtain new sponsors, especially national brands or corporate sponsors.
If you are a company that sponsors barrel racing events or rodeos what is it that drew you into sponsor them? | |
