no one will return my calls or emails. I ordered the bit off the website, on 3/17. www.pinchlessbits.com I have not received any update that it has been shipped, or that there is a delay or anything. I just sent a message to Dave Robart on facebook. Trying everything I can think of. I'm not sure if something happened or if they are ripping me off!! If they rip me off people are going to hear about it. That is not right. this is very poor customer service.

My card was charged the day I ordered.
Maybe they are away... but I know whoever replied to my first email about what bit to buy has an iphone because the email said sent from my iphone. I'll keep trying but that is not nice of them, I'm never ordering from them again....
