I elected the poll so you can vote multiple times. This way we can select everything at once. First here are benefit ideas, which any addition money that are raised by the shirts will go to. The shirts will be around 15-20 each I think. They'll be bought upon arrival but I'll get a count of who's coming and who's bringing who to have a good estimate.
If you think of any additional ones please add them =)I emailed these three locations in Arkansas to see what they have available in may and the beginning of June if needed. It's pretty far out, so we can decide on a date and RSVP/put a deposit on location. ( Adding locations after this post. Wont let me link )The date that seems the most doable is the weekend AFTER memorial day. As I know mothers day and memorial day are busy holidays for most of us. Whatever date gets the most votes will be the one chosen.

thanks that looks promising! Good location too! I'll email them and see if they would have enough space. We're already looking at 25-30 ppl so far and that's not including the our trailer buddies from our home locations! =D

fyi - I stayed in one of the small cabins at Bar 50 Ranch in Arkansas about 5 years ago. We rented a couple of their horses for 4 hours and took off on the public trails that went into the park. It was absolutely amazing! The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. I will say that there were some ATV's also using the trails and they would pull over and turn their machines off while we rode by (they may not all do that). The horses we were on were used to the ATV's so it wasn't a problem but something to think about - other than that I plan on going back and taking my own horses and camper sometime!

It looks pretty laid back and when I get home this evening I'm going to email them. I think that will be a great location. Going to leave this thread up for a few days, see what kind of dates were looking at ( people can add suggestions for dates and/or donation program ideas. ) and then the destination will be the last thing to pick. Once we get that all settled. We'll start the RSVP process. =)
I'm pretty excited! I already have two trailers full of friends wanting to come with me.lol
