When I can't get pictures to upload via the add attachment thing. I'll go to upload.photobox.com
Upload the pic. Right click, get the picture url ( you can also use this method to get FB pictures you've already uploaded. As long as you copy the URL ) click the picture icon on the BB text bar, and copy and paste that URL into the URL box. Tada... picture added. And you can hover over the corners to drag it smaller or larger.

Save photo to computer in documents. Search for size or file in left corner look for size. Or right click on photo and look for size . That should lead you to sizing options and go from there. 50/50 is perfect for being able to see it here . Be sure to save after sizing and you good to go.
