I've had a used one for about 3 yrs now. I really like it. Someone could probably give you a more thorough answer (sorry). I do feel the quality is average, but for what I paid for it, it's been a nice little saddle. It fits my high withered mare and hasn't ever made her sore. I also used it on a stockier colt I had and it got him really well.

I have an HR All Around and love it.  Have used it for about 4 years and it fits all my horses great.

I've had my HR for about a year. I have had no problems with it and really like it. At the time I was looking, it was comparable in price and quality to a Circle Y or Billy Cook and actually, from what I looked at of all three, I liked the leather quality of the HR better. My mare is about 14.2' and stock type built and I have no fit problems. Good luck!
