..and mind my own business??...
I was sitting here on the BAM patio tonight... and some young friends of mine show up to play music... Mostly they play guitars but a few of them flop the guitars over and do percussion on them if they lose their place while the song is going on.. Mostly they play and sing gospel they wrote.. This is not the first time I've been here to witness this... But.... Tonight... a young lady they know shows up with (of all things) a ukulele... Well..... I'm old school.. so as she strums along I'm thinking Tiny Tim.... Then.....
She opens her mouth and starts to sing.....

I collected some friends on FB just to hear this night again because it is recorded on film...
This girl opened her mouth and belted out one of the Most FABULOUS voices I ever heard!!
.....and I know a little bit about music...

Should I push her toward some people I know that can advance her?? I asked her and she said she prefers to do little get-togethers like this..

You could give their info and let her do with it what she will. But I understand your trepidation(?).

Follow your gut. If you think you should yes. Some people respond like that because they don't have the confidence, not because they don't really want to go somewhere with it. If you could make a difference in her life, I say go for it.
