So I'm just on craigslist, browseing old horse tack to get for dirt cheap to start practicing some leather working skills on and I come across this.. I feel like this poor thing is under weight. He defintely doesn't look healthy. I'm NOT a big walking horse fan. But I hate seeing horses like this... would you report this??

I wouldn't. He looks awkward and gangly, and the pictures are terrible, but I don't think he looks like one I would report. I've got an (almost) 5 year old walker that is just now starting to fill out instead of just constantly growing UP.

I thought about that too. But his hair, could be pictures. It looks exactly how bug looked when I got him, and under all that hair he was severly malnourished, wormy and unhealthy. took me 5 months of good feeding to get him back to full health. I still just hate seeing it.
