I have had mine for a month and a half and it was the best money I've ever spent. I have a mare with iad that reacts to steroids. I had a sick horse last spring and by the end of the season with the steroid treatments had a near dead horse, and still didn't see results.
With the Equi-resp, her coughing is minimal, her wind is building up like a normal healthy horse would, and I'm getting discharge!!!
Honestly, I couldn't be happier with it!
I'm not sure if I would have been inclined to purchase one if I didn't have a horse with issues, but I am darn glad I never have to go without it again. Especially when comparing the cost of a bottle of equi-silver with the cost of an inhaler!
