Location: Central Iowa | Who has either and what do you like about one over the other! Also their products Silver vs EquiSilver! I have a horse that came down with COPD in October and looking for something to help! I wish I could find a used one for sale or something! $450 - $700 is a kind of a bite for me at the moment!
Edited to say, I think he has COPD! I have tried Dex and watering down his feed and he isn't getting any better! When turned out he is fine, when I walk him he is fine but when we pick up into a trot or lope he just starts coughing non stop! It all started when he was delivered to trainer in October a few days after I bought him! Previous owner never had issues with him and then all of a sudden he was coughing and wheezing at the trainers house! Trainer used Dex and wet down his feed and that worked just fine for awhile and now that isn't even working any more!

| I have a SilverHorse Machine, one of the best investments I have ever made. Becky is AWESOME to work with and has several other special blends for horses with special issues. I use her silver and then also a bleeder formula she has. I can absolutely see and feel the difference in my horses that I am using it on, I am 100% a believer in this product now!!!!! LOVE IT!!! |

I bought a silver horse over a month ago and love it. I bought it for my geilding who has a cough from allergies. I can definitely tell a difference in him when I ride him. He would snort and cough when he goes to lope. As long as I keep up on the treatments, the cough is little to none.
It it is time consuming (20 minutes by time you get it out, do the treatment, clean and put it all away). However, in the long term it's an affordable treatment if you have a horse with issues. The silver horse kit also comes with a bunch of extras. You'll have everything you need! |
