I use plain ole cold water hosing and ice cells after a run.
none of the fancy stuff, the only Hastle I have is keeping the cells
Cold at a show and lugging around an ice chest and wraps.

Per 3 different vets who think ice after a run is the best therapy, I use ice boots after every run. I keep them in the freezer in my LQ trailer or put them in a cooler- they will stay frozen all day. I leave them on for around 30 minutes to an hour.

Game ready is amazing,
A lot of hassle to set up, you always have to have ice and water, but due to the mechanics of the machine, decrease inflammation after 20 min of using it
I have been looking into the game ready, cold flex and ice vibe trying to decide which to try. I realize that you get what you pay for but looking at how effective and how long the entire process takes for each. Thanks
