I was just curious how many people have a Caldwell Maxxed Out with a 9" gullet or larger and what the horse looks like that you are using it for? Thank You!

I have a Caldwell Maxxed Out. The horse that I use it on and that it fits the best is not overly wide. Matter of fact, I wouldn't consider him wide at all. He does have a prominant & long withers. But the saddle fits him great, no dry spots and stays where it is supposed to. I can even ride with a semi loose girth. I went thru every Caldwell tree on both of my horses. The Maxxed Out is the only one I found that didn't leave dry spots and stays where it is supposed to. I have a wider & larger horse but the Maxxed Out is too narrow on him and leaves dry spots. Had to go to a sports saddle for him.

I have one, fits 2 of my geldings. I had them fitted when they were at the Diamonds and Dirt. My horses are not tanks but are big horses. One is 15.3 and the other is 16.1. I will see if I can find some pics of them.

Thank you for the photos!!! My mare is built a lot like yours. I'm riding her in an 8.5" Maxxed right now but it is sliding back so I'm thinking I need to find a 9" but I haven't seen any for sale and it takes 8 months to have one made.
