I wanted to write an article on Fallon Taylor for a while now and why she is an excellent role model for the next generation of barrel racers. I, however, keep having this suspicion that there is already an article similar written. Is this the case? If so could someone post a link to the article?

This is not the place to ask, you need to FB her and see if she would like you to write a article on her. Or just check with her to see if one has already been writen.

I love to read about her and other role models like her. She's been in Barrel Horse News a lot lately. But that doesn't mean you can't write more. I'm a writer. There is nothing new to write about. What you need to do is decide where you would like to get this published and submit a query. If it's Barrel Horse News, for example, look at their past issues and see if you can give your story a different angle. I don't remember reading anything in BHN about her helmet-wearing, specifically. That could be an idea. Or maybe you will get other ideas from Fallon herself because you should probably interview her. Contact the magazines or publishers you are interested in and request writer's guidelines. That will tell you what they are looking for. Good luck!
