She is a nice filly but I always wonder why not leave them alone and let them be babies. Both the filly and the mare are looking stressed. I'm guessing they are brought in so the mare can be rebred?
Everyone has their own opinion but we handle our foals a little bit and then leave them along to run and grow.
My buyers don't want an unhandled foal. Trust me, if they did I'd be happy with less work!! Haha
Mare is being rebred. We don't live cover for safety reasons.

Looks like you have found a good nick in Whiskey and this mare ..
Since cannon bones barely grow and they are fairly long in comparison to her forearm ..
which does all the growing for height in a baby ... I would say you have you a baby
enroute to being 15.3HH at 3 years old.
As you can see in her pedigree Poco Bueno appears only twice way back in the sixth
generation which contains 128 horses . .. so the short horse syndrome is almost non-extent ....
It pays off to have the mare on a good feeding program while carrying the foal and
afterwards ... and I think filly has already asked for her own feed bucket!!.. lol
Very balanced filly with lots of presence ..
thanks for posting an extraordinary filly!!
