Was able to audit this weekend and it was my first time experiencing him in person. WOW!! I cannot wait to attend one of his clinics with a horse. I loved loved loved his knowledge. Very smart guy! Can't wait to apply some of his techniques with my horse! Just had to rant a little it was very exciting!!!

Totally thought this was gonna be something else because of the title but anyway yes, Ed is so awesome!!! You NEED to bring a horse I can't even explain how much he's helped me over the years and how the bond with my horse has gotten stronger!

Very much enjoyed his clinic and hope to be able to attend this year again. He has made a HUGE difference in how my horse and I work.

haha me too! Rant generally refers to complaining about something

I've never been to an Ed Wright clinic but I should really at least audit the one that he does around here, I just can never seem to get off work.

His clinics are the best thing I've spent money on! I've been to three now with 2 horses, and I learn something new every time and he's helped me so much with those two horses. His amount of knowledge is outstanding, I have to take notes every time I go so I don't forget everything lol.

My daughter and  I just attended our 5th clinic in April.  I guess you could call us Ed junkies, but there seems to be no end to the knowledge and techniques he has to share.  I have seen very few people with such an ability to read both horses and riders and zero in on what they both need.

If youre a junkie, then I dont want to know what I am...  I have hosted an Ed Wright Clinic every year now for the past 12 years. I can never learn to much. He used to go to Vegas the month after mine and I would go there also. I would still if he did it....Each time I think I learn something new. And I love the fact I can call him and he can help me fix something over the phone.. Great, great man!!

True on the "rant" -- correct word the OP is looking for is "rave" but I think leaving it as rant might get more views.  There's something about a rant post that people can't stay away from lol.

What I've always appreciated about Ed is that he doesn't instantly want to change your horse into one of "his" bits and his emphasis on good horsemanship. We've taken our son twice, I think he was 11 & 12 or maybe 13 at the time, the first time on his pony and the second time on a babysitter horse. Ed was FANTASTIC with him and he always came away feeling good about himself and with some new skills.

Ed is truly an awesome caring person. Last November I ran down to sit in and audit one day of the clinic in Corning, my mare had just had the bladder stone surgery a week or two before that. Ed came over, sat down, looked over the photos, discussed diet and other ideas with me for her. He also asked me about my mom whom normally used to go to the clinics with me. He is more that just a horseman, he is a good human being.
