Is anyone here dealing with lupus? I'm curious about your experiences and treatments, if so. Thanks!

I have some clinical symptoms (skin, joint, fatigue) and lab work has shown consistent inflammation and Lupus is what the rheumatoid doc suspects but I'm not bad enough to make a definite diagnosis. They tried putting me on Humira twice and I felt like I had the flu I ached so bad. Since then I have tried more of dietary approach and watching how my body responds. Grains, casein/whey/milk and simple sugars make the symptoms a LOT worse. I do better in a plenty of meat and veggies.

One of my blog posts talks about my experience.

Lupus is like MS, it is different in each person.  Goes from mild to deadly.  From aggressive to slow progress.  It can also go into remission, sometimes for the rest of your life.  My sister is in complete remission of Lupus and hopefully will stay that way.

My JRT female has it. The vet told me to use vitamin E oil and a D supplement and to keep her out of the sun as much as possible. It seems to be helping
