Check with the elevators. I know some flax is grown around that area so some of the elevators may have it. My mother-in-law farmed organic flax just north of Bismarck but she retired a couple years ago. :(

tThompson - 2015-05-14 2:12 PM Have you tried Western Unlimited?
Im a ways north of Bismarck, but I'd check with them.. Otherwise, I'd call some local elevators.
They don't have any on their website...not sure if that's UTD though so I could give them a call. I forgot about them! I haven't been able to locate an elevator in Bismarck, at least online. I have NO connections to farming or anything like that so am totally out of my element lol.

SaraJean - 2015-05-14 2:47 PM When i was feeding flax I was always able to get 50lb bags at Hubbard Feeds (it's back in the walmart/sams area south of town)
So there IS one here!? It keeps popping up on google but their website shows nothing in the area. I'll have to go huntin.

Call them 223-4065. I've always had trouble buying the ground flax(they usually only bag it once a month or so) that I've bought whole mostly. Don't know about the feed you are asking about. I have good luck going through a 50 pound sack in the winter with my 5 horses, never had it go bad.

Well...they didn't have the Mccouley which makes me sad. It was on their website and I was so excited and impressed by that brand. Not impressed with their "Hubbard Life" feeds either.
