We are looking at a 30 hour trip for two horses in June. I was wondering if I could please get some advice/tips for wrapping and keeping our horses comfortable along the way. Our trailer does have air ride and waterers. We will be driving about 8-10 hours a day and we will be stopping and letting them out during the day. What wraps do you like that work best? What about electrolytes or vitamins, do you add anything to their diet prior, or during the haul? I have Soft Rides for both of them that they wear. Just any details or tips would be greatly appreciated from some of you veterans out there, thank you!

Since June can be a warm/hot month, I wouldn't wrap as it can cause irritation. I would just use the soft ride boots. I don't ever take my horses out, instead everytime I fill up with fuel I let the truck sit turned off for about 30 minutes so the vibrations stop. I do keep bermuda hay in front of them at all times and I offer water when I stop. Mine drink good on the road though. I lay over for the night at places and I do give the horses a bran mash with mineral oil and electrolytes. I've hauled many times from Southern CA to Lexington, KY.

I've done a 17 hour trip straight through without letting the horse out. We did this in August driving I20 from Louisiana to NC. We left in the evening and drove through the night. We stopped for fuel and checked water and hay bag status. I kept coastal in front of him the whole way. NO wraps. Nothing extra to hold heat in. Soft rides are a great idea. Anyways, we stopped twice to eat. We went in and sat down to eat which gave him a good 30 minutes to rest inside the trailer.
I would drive at night if you can. It's easier on the horses and traffic is a million times better at night. Keep water and hay in front of them. Mine didn't get anything special before the haul. As long as they drink well in the trailer/on the road, you should be fine in that aspect.

you are planning a very easy trip by driving 8-10 hours at night and out by day ...
looks like a 3 night trip to me ...
I would start putting some orange Gatorade in their water so when you stop they will get Gatorade in that water since it will taste and smell differently .... the main thing is make them drink and eat out of their own buckets and not a common water trough or strange bucket and end up sick.
Take a qt of Clorox bleach with you ... to sanitize your buckets after each stop ... a little bit of bleach will do the trick and rinse out very well ... before you load back up and continue your trip ..
No wraps ... 6 inches of flaky shavings should be all you need if roads are rough ...
