Are health certificates required by Oklahoma when bringing horses from Texas? Thanks for the responses. I am going to be moving my neighbors horses to their new ranch near Tulsa.

Coggins good for 12 months on horses entering Oklahoma.
Health certificate good for 30 days ...
If horses are coming from any Texas County bordering Mexico your vet can
call Texas Ag Com and find out if it is quarantined for tick fever and act accordingly.
