| Last weekend and week WHEW, I came home Sunday with migraine, throwing up off and on for two hrs. I've been getting off my sleep meds Ambien CR, since my chemo 11 yes ago I am not able to sleep , even with Ambien only sleep 3-4 hrs solid a night. I started sleep eating, 3 times this year, SCARY, I have tried every herb , over the counter and prescriptions which either didn't work or give me morning drug hangover. I went got extensive blood work, went to BioEnve yesterday, for hormone balances.
PRAY THIS WORKS, took my dad back to doctor hopefully now got his meds on track, go to heart doctor Monday. Been mowing, my place and my Dads, help my brother in law build grape vine trellis for. My dads Father day
BUSY all week , got arena worked after all the rain, stalls cleaned, horse tailers cleaned ready go this weekend, waiting this morning for horseshoer, plan on riding today get a normal routine back so I can rest LOL
My good deed this week paid it forward, at Taco villa drive thru, I turned in and a man turned in another area headed to drive thru he stopped let me in ahead of him, as u know most people now days gun it to get ahead of you, so I paid for His lunch .

I'm trying to be a good steward for Jesus. There are some of us that can't contain our praise for God in public, because of Who they have encountered in private. Worship and service to God become dull when we neglect our time with Him. God is full of joy, When we are full of God, we are full of joy that cannot be contained. The key to joyful expressions of public worship , paying it forward, a smile , big, a kind word HAVE A BLESSED DAY I say to all checkers at stores, is our private meeting with Him.
Father, guide me today to do all things to bring glory and honor to You AMEN
For it is WITH God all things are possible

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | Whoa I feel like I needed to go back to bed after reading all that you have been doing, feel a little tired now, lol..I know how you feel I have been feeling a little overwhelm with all the things that need to be done out here too, all the mowing, shredding keeping up with the house and grandbaby. So glad that your dad is doing good. I have trouble sleeping too, I just take a couple of pm's and sleep pretty good just hate trying to wake up in the morning, got that draging my hinny feeling for a while. Thanks for the read, you always make me have that feeling better feel once I read your posts..
