i was told there are pressure points to help diagnose sore stifles. Does anyone know where they are?

My vet said over the hip area, hard to explain without pics. If you run your finger over the top of the hip down to the hock.  If they react it could be a sign of sore stifle.

There would be soreness over the hip area as the horse compensates for the soreness.  One way to test for soreness leading from the hocks is the Churchhill Method.  This takes pictures to describe how it is done.  I think you can probably find the details on line.
