SWT is excellent for soft tissue injuries. It reduces pain and can disperse fluid quickly.
It does have some analgesic properties. Unless the bone spur is rubbing on soft tissue creating inflammation I don't see how it would be beneficial.

Thank you for your input. That's what I keep reading.............SWT for bone spurs.......maybe but not likely. I'm grasping trying to find a way to help this horse since he is young. He is currently on Pentosan Gold but have not seen an improvement.
