A friend, Sharalee, is looking for pedigrees that have tested positive for PSSM2, RER, MH - she's collected quite the database (127,000 and counting) DNA tested horses on the website www.bridgequine.com. You can find the Bridgequine page on FB and all breeds are welcome!
There is a public data base and a private data base, both are used for research purposes - The Private date base is exactly that, PRIVATE. Only she has access.
Currently seeking pedigrees on horses that have tested positive for MH, PSSM2 and/or RER. She's also curious about the large heart gene... LOL

Private pedigree - place PSSM2-Private in the subject line, list registered name, breed, link to pedigree if available and testing results. All information will be kept PRIVATE.
Public pedigree - place PSSM2-Public in the subject line, list registered name, breed, link to pedigree if available and testing results. This information will become public.
You need to be the owner of the horse to send in the pedigree!
More information and pedigrees are needed to further the research on bloodlines that carry these disorders. Thanks for helping out!!!
