Location: The South | Jaci's parole hearing is coming up soon. We need to band together and make our voices heard so she stays in jail. She was sentenced to 10 years and has only served a year and a half. I will copy and paste a post from Mike Thompson, the author of the book Rough Stock: The Southern Arkansas University Horse Case.
For those that didn't follow the case, here's a brief synopsis: 5 horses belonging to members of the SAU rodeo team were stolen from the SAU barn. 4 of the horses were found in Oklahoma, tied to a tree and left to die. One horse, named Credit Card, was brutally shot and mutilated (they cut his body into pieces).
These people are sick and twisted, and they all need to stay in jail! Please spread the word!
Here is Mike's post:
IMPORTANT: OPPOSE THE PAROLE OF JACI JACKSON: A Parole Hearing has been scheduled for August 12, 2015, in Arkansas, for Jaci Jackson. You can oppose the granting of parole by contacting the Arkansas Parole Board and voicing your opposition. This may be the last thing you can do for Credit Card and the other horses.
Your e-mail MUST state that you are opposing the Parole of JACI JACKSON and MUST include her Offender ID Number: 712326. You may express your reasons (in good taste). The e-mail should be sent to the Victim Representative, Kelly Knuckles. Her email address is: Kelly.Knuckles@arkansas.gov
We expect Jaci will argue that she was under her mother's (Wendie Cox') influence; that she did not kill Credit Card (Billy Hamilton admitted he did the act); and that she has "learned" her lesson.
The Judge who sentenced her noted the crime would not have happened without her; she walked the SAU Barn and selected the five most expensive horses; went back hone to Oklahoma to help HIDE the horses; and coldly continued to attend classes and watch her teammates suffer.
NOW IS THE THE TIME TO OPPOSE HER PAROLE. SHARE THIS. SHARE THIS. SHARE THIS.

Good Morning,
It has come to my attention that Jaci Rae Jackson (OID# 712326) will have a parole hearing on August 12. I strongly oppose her being granted early parole. Her crimes show a clear lack of compassion for others and show clearly that she will lie, steal and hurt others to get what she wants. Although she had accomplices…the judge in her case was correct in stating that the crime would not have happened without Jaci. She walked the SAU Barn and selected the five most expensive horses making sure to include the horse Credit Card belonging to the star of the team. Her jealousy drove her to make sure that horse suffered and died. She then went back home to Oklahoma to help HIDE the horses, and coldly continued to attend classes and watch her teammates suffer. That lack of empathy shows that she should be punished to the full extent of the sentencing she received. It was a gift that she be given two consecutive terms. Please make certain that she serves the full 5 years. Perhaps in that length of time she will learn that there are serious consequences to her actions.

Location: Displaced Iowegian | Email sent..........It is one small gesture that we can all do to insure the justice for these animals. It is a known fact that a person's disregard and lack of conscience regarding animals, will carry over to how they treat humans.

The author's page is "Mike Thompson-author" and there are two Jaci pages, "People against Jaci Rae Jackson" and "Jaci Rae Jackson Convicted Horse Thief and Animal Abuser"
Hopefully we can make an impact and keep her in jail where she belongs. |

Location: where ever my L/Q trl is parked | sent my email. hope it does help keep Jaci in for her sentence term.... as we know she is a liar and will tell them whatever it takes to get out early. Hope the other 2- mother and bf stay in for the full time too. |

The chances of her dieing in an accident are much greater if she is not in jail. |
