When you go to post a regular post underneath will be a box that you can click at the bottom that says "attach a file after posting". Click on that and press submit and in the next page you can upload a picture (make sure it's on the smaller side) and then press submit or something rather and it'll say "upload successful" and then you can press "return to thread" and it'll be there!
