| I had the opportunity to use an Equi-Resp machine on my horse this weekend (a horse that has no problems,, maintence, or anything of the sorts) but oh my goodness did I love it! She ran the best she ever had and HARD! I have another horse at home that has really bad heaves and allergies and so I want to buy one for her as well....my question, the Silver Horse care one is only $400 compared to $600 in the equi-Resp one, which one is better? Should I go for cheaper since my horses don't have major problems (just allergies in the one) or the Equi Resp machine which is pretty well known? I know McCleods use the Silver horse one though as well as a few thee professionals...thanks! |

| Always happy to answer questions about Equi-Resp! Our customers are our best advertising. We couldn't pay for all the great testimonials that are posted on our FB page. We are truly blessed. Our website also has a video you can watch and answer a lot of questions for you.
The product we use "EquiSilver" has a ten year proven history. It is a chelated silver which is greatly different from a colloidal silver. Most colloidals are 10-15 parts per million. EquiSilver is 100-110 parts per million. Enough to get deep into a horses respiratory system. It is the ONLY product on the market designed specifically for equine nebulization. It can be used Day of Race at Churchill Downs and many other states allow it because it is 100% natural. It has also been used by both Olympic Teams that went to China and London.
The other thing that sets Equi-Resp apart is our patent pending mask design. We spent 3 years researching and making certain it would fit any horse properly. The mask design allows your horse to breathe in more product with the drain port at the bottom, you can actually help your horse breathe in deep. Also it is made in America which was very important to us.
Check out our FB page, website or call us. We are always happy to answer questions.

Location: Southern Indiana | Some how there got to be 2 posts and I commented on the other one. However, I have had a Silver Horse for about 6 months now and love it. I find it to be excellent quality and the kit has everything you need and more. I love the results I have seen with its use. I have not seen the Equi-resp in person, but from what I have compared there isn't much difference. I think the Silver Horse actually has many more extras in the kit. |

| Thank you all for the replies! I do have a question, can the Silver Horse care one be used on more than say two horses? I used the Equi-resp and she used it on a ton of horses this weekend but I thought I heard somewhere that you can't use it on more than like 2 horses? I only need it for my horses at home but If I did end up going the Equi-resp route I would probably let people use it for $ since I would be paying so much :P I am still a little on the fence I guess but you guys are helping! I'm doing my research still! |

Location: MS | The support and knowledge you get with Silver Horse Care is amazing. I have a bleeder. Becky met with my vet to come up with a treatment plan. I have been extremely happy with it. I got the smaller unit since I only use it on one horse. She has one that you can use on multiple horses. |

Location: Texas | I use the Silver... It's an air compressor with a few attachments and a mask... You can use it on many horses, just let the compressor cool off between uses. I have the plain mask and put a size 2T t-shirt over it so the vapor stays in the mask... works great! I also add essential oils, tea tree and eucalyptus, to the silver solution for an extra bonus. Good luck!

Location: Aubrey, Texas | Cheeka, I have an Equi-Resp and yes, you can use it on as many horses as you'd like, just be sure to thoroughly rinse and disinfect the mask between horses. They do make a smaller model, called Down the Road, that is more for use on one or two horses. The mask on the Equi-Resp has a rubber gasket-type part that keeps the mist from escaping. I've used it on my horses and those of my friends- even horses who are shy about new things accept it well and even like it after a while. If you have any more questions, Tonda is very knowledgeable and easy to work with! |

| I highly suggest you go to both FB pages and websites and do your own research. You will find quite a few articles written about EquiSilver on the Equi-Resp website. In addition it is sold in some of the best vet clinics in the world. Two are Rood and Riddle and Haygards in Lexington KY. We have quite a few vets now purchasing or recommending for their customers.
Again, do your research, the proof is in the posts! |

I used my silver horse in 70-80 weather for 15 minutes each on 2 horses back to back no problems. However, it's probably best to let it cool down before doing another horse if the machine starts to get hot. |

| The EquiResp Pro is a work horse. We do 30 minute treatments at events all day long and never have a problem. It also has a 2 year warranty. |

| Last question I swear! The silver horse one can be used on humans from what I understand and even though I have no breathing problems, I can't help but think that that is so cool! Any side effects or something I should be aware of? I use the same medicine as the horse correct? I'm sure these are all in the instruction manual LOL but I couldn't help but wonder why Equi-Resp doesn't come with a human mask as well because the price is higher...don't get me wrong I've only ever used ER and it was great! I guess I'm just leaning more towards the SHC one because of the price and with my horses having minimal to no problems, I may as well go with the cheaper one...For now! ;) Thank you all for the replies! |

Location: MS | I use my Silver Horse care on myself. Really helps my allergies. Helped me get over bronchitis fast. The silver comes from a physician that created it years ago to use on his patients. Very high quality. It is definately safe to use on yourself. I've had mine for a year. Call and talk to Becky. She has worked with alot of vets developing this. They're using it at race tracks all over the country. She has so much knowledge. |
