I had the opportunity to use an Equi-Resp machine on my horse this weekend (a horse that has no problems,, maintence, or anything of the sorts) but oh my goodness did I love it! She ran the best she ever had and HARD! I have another horse at home that has really bad heaves and allergies and so I want to buy one for her as well....my question, the Silver Horse care one is only $400 compared to $600 in the equi-Resp one, which one is better? Should I go for cheaper since my horses don't have major problems (just allergies in the one) or the Equi Resp machine which is pretty well known? I know McCleods use the Silver horse one though as well as a few thee professionals...thanks!
I guess it just depends on what you are comfortable spending. I have never seen an equi-resp in person, but when I compared them I didn't see any difference. I love my silver horse. I do believe the silver horse kit also comes with more extras. I think it's a great quality nebulizer and I have had excellent results with it.
