I feel your pain, we wake up to that every morning. And it is not asthma friendly weather. I hope your asthma settles down for you. At 52, mine has finally settled down somewhat |

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | I feel ya. It's 8:45 and the heat index is still 104. That's not unusual for us this time of year, but it's still not easy on people or animals. Especially for us after being in South Dakota all last week. I was FREEZING the whole time we were in the black hills because it was highs in the 80s with low humidity. |

Location: Kansas | Sometimes I wonder why I look forward to summer.......heat, humidity, mosquitoes as big as hummingbirds and we just got through the worst biting fly season I've ever experienced. Oh yeah ticks too and grass burrs.

| I unloaded two loads of hay yesterday, mowed, bushhogged, and unloaded our new housemate's first load -- all in the lovely Virginia heat and humidity. I am still whooped today in the ac at work. |

I've always said I was a hot weather person. That I would take sweat over being cold any day BUT...I've changed my mind.
Summer = mosquitoes, snakes, horse flies, deer flies, have to cut grass twice a week, my allergies are in full bloom, etc.
Winter = wear lots of clothes |

Location: KS | It has been a long hot summer for sure. I've came home after work (I get off at 8:00 p.m.) to ride my mares and they would be drenched in sweat.... Not to mention the bugs... It's almost too hot to even put a darn fly mask on.. But I guess it could be way worse. |
