I have had zero problems watching Youth World. And that's on my phone using data, not wifi. It hasn't buffered or anything. The only thing I have noticed is if I close the video, when I go back to the webpage to just refresh before starting it back up. It takes a lot faster for it to load that way than if it's been sitting for a while. I'm happy!!! I haven't missed anyone's run that I wanted to see!!
