In a lapse of self control I stopped at the humane society to see if I could find a second dog and a companion/girlfriend (fixed of course) for Duke... There wasn't one that would suit but... I walked out with cat (Including my 3 barn cats who come in the house too I already have 5). Meet Tuffy!! He's 10 and was abandoned. I couldn't leave the old guy there for what was going to be a longer stay (they even said normally older pets don't get adopted). He is such a suck and in 2 days has learned his favorite place to sleep in under the covers at your feet and he thinks the world revolves around me and the treat bag. Now I have to go back to find a dog again... I don't know how many pets I can get away with before I find the one... the so is already not impressed LOL.
