Looking for a supplement to help regrow chewed tail. Has anyone tried Biomane? Or any other product? Any suggestions for any good supplement that helps grow mane/tail are much appreciated!

My horse came to me with a chewed tail.. well above hocks. .. I went through a 50lb bag of omega horse shine and didn't see much or any accelerated growth. I tried washing and bagging it .. the whole nine... I heard of a supplement called "Radiance " by horsetech so I gave it a shot.. I got the 25lb bucket and I think by half way thru I began noticing the tail and mane thickening up and actually growing out. His hair coat looked pretty amazing too. His tail is now down way past his hocks and just about to normal length .. long enough to braid now and it's extremely thickened up.

I've never used anything like that, but after our feed switch to Omnis cubes that contain Flax Seed, I'm sold. Our horses have had a lot of mane and tail growth since the change. My mare has always had a mane that has to be braided, but now it's several inches past her neck.

We've been on the omnis now I guess a month or so.. really loving it. I don't feed that supplement any longer but it was flax and chia seed based.
Good supplement for mane/tail growth? Biomane?
