Hello everyone! We've got a pipeline going through those towns, and so I'm looking to relocate around the middle-end of September probably. I'm going to be looking for a horse property rental, or an RV parking spot with stalls etc. I have good references here on the board. Does anyone know of anything?
There is an arena right down the road from me that has rv spots and stalls. You can be sure you are safe because the owner is our constable. There are a several welders staying there that have horses---they rope. I went through there the other day and the number of trailers has thinned out so there is room. The owner's name is Mitch Norton 903 392 0101. Tell him Alison gave you the number. I am his neighbor. This is 20 miles south of Marshall. Right off Hwy 59. North of Carthage.
There is another place near Hallsville but think this is better. Hope this helps.
Did not mention that arena is covered. If you use Google maps it is about 1/4 mile west of the intersection of US 59 and Fm 1794 on 1794. It is called Rockhill Bed And Bale. Arena is very small though.
If the other options dont work out, I know of a man in Keatchi (just South of Shreveport) who rented RV spots at his covered arena. Covered stalls. arena, and turn outs. Ill try to get his number, he may still rent spaces.
