I've only ever used the regular kind. I didn't even know they made others! I don't wrap either. I clean the area (brush it off, wipe it down with a damp towel) and just apply the poultice directly. I love Sore No More! |

Ultra = higher concentrate of the Performance (no lobelia, they call this 'clinical strength').
Oh - and price. lol I usually just keep the original and very seldom have anyone ask for Perf or Ultra.
