Lol good point! They are 80 bucks now on TM...he's added more shows so there are still some available. You can pay about 120 on stubhub for level 200 seats by the stage... |

Wow...... Since I'm the one that brought up his political views (that he's made very public), I guess this was directed at me. You're rather hateful today.
I love all different types of music, always have and always will. That being said I have a difficult time contributing my hard earned money to go to someone that contributes to causes/politicians that I dislike because then I feel that I'm indirectly supporting the very things I hate. I asked my husband if he wanted me to get tickets because he really used to like the guy, I was going to suck it up and go......but he didn't want to give him a single $$ after his comments about loving obummer. We work hard and play hard....sorry, but I see nothing wrong with being picky about the musicians I will support. I won't support Carrie Underwood either because of her PETA ties.... I'd pay a lot of money to go see Miranda because I love the fact that she's started MuttNation.

I love all different types of music, always have and always will. That being said I have a difficult time contributing my hard earned money to go to someone that contributes to causes/politicians that I dislike because then I feel that I'm indirectly supporting the very things I hate. I asked my husband if he wanted me to get tickets because he really used to like the guy, I was going to suck it up and go......but he didn't want to give him a single $$ after his comments about loving obummer. We work hard and play hard....sorry, but I see nothing wrong with being picky about the musicians I will support. I won't support Carrie Underwood either because of her PETA ties.... I'd pay a lot of money to go see Miranda because I love the fact that she's started MuttNation.

I'm sorry you see being HONEST as being "HATEFUL"... I'm done being politically correct. Like I said, It's all about the music.. I too love music. Everything from Mozart to Mantovani to Meat-Loaf. This is rude and hateful, I'm not sure how you justify it by saying you're just 'being honest'. It's fine to not agree with someone, but to call names over a different point of view? Guess it just shows the level of your maturity (or lack thereof ).

I can't stand hearing musicians and actors try to influence peddle, especially when they display their own hypocrisy and ignorance on matters outside of the preview of their craft. I appreciate talented people like Redford and Streisand, and it's not so much that they are liberal that bothers me....it's when they make ridiculous remarks that make me cringe along with hypocrisy that irritates me. If they practice what they preach and display some reasonable understanding of the issues, then I can at least tolerate or even respect them. |

| I use to love Garth......but I can't stomach him anymore. I agree, one of the best shows I ever saw...but after listening to his comments and support of Obama and learned he is a flaming liberal I simply cannot support him.
I mean, how can you condemn the free market system that made you a gazzillionaire and then turn around and tour the country and ask for $80/ticket? Rich liberal= biggest hypocrites on the planet. Crying about class warfare and the need to equalize wealth and privilege from one of his mansions. His concert should be free....
