Location: NC | WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I sent in a message on their website basically asking which hoof product would be best for the issue I was dealing with. She responded to the email with in like an hour. We went back and forth through several emails, sent pictures, and then asked for me to call her. She talked to me for probably an hour about what products she recommended and why. And how to use them even with me situation. I was extremely impressed with how nice and helpful she was. I am really looking forward to using the products I just got int he mail. Seems like they have a wide range of products too.
