I'm excited to say we are FINALLY moving in the right direction on our barn. It's been a long time coming but I'm super excited that we have decided on "most" of the plans. (We will have it all hammered out before one speck of dirt is moved, lol).. I'm stumped on how I want to lay out the downstairs and thought I'd throw it out there for you all to add to it :)
It's 744 square feet. The first 12' closest to the barn will have a 16' height which is why I would like to utilize for a guest bedroom(or two). No bathroom upstair and I don't really want it open to the downstairs. The down stairs will need two offices, a reception/lounge area (that is comfy for farmers or friends that drop by), kitchen (with bar/island), full bathroom (shower is fine) and mudroom with laundry.. I'll post a picture with the layout (the aisle has been bumped to 16' making it 31' across the W end)
