how do the felt hats by Charlie one horse fit compared to others? I wear a 6 7/8 in a felt but basically break the crown when I run which is the only way it stays on. I wear a 6 3/4 in a straw since I can break the crown.. will a 6 3/4 be better? I don't see these hats as being pliable enough to break the crown to pull it down that far?

To me, seems like they fit about the same. I really like mine and it's comfortable.

When I took a few hats in to be reshaped for that taco AQHA show look, I also took in 2 of my barrel racing hats. One was a COH and he reshaped it to be a competitive hat, not the bar/party hat that they were origionally designed for. This fella actually knows the guy personally so if that statement offends anyone, it is only the truth. But anyways he was able to change the shape of the crown some and now I LOVE that hat and how it fits.

Thank you both! I think I'll order the smaller size :)
